Your customer called and wants to cancel an order but you don’t know how to refund him? Don’t worry the process is super easy! Follow the screenshots below to discover how?
1. Step - Go to orders and click on the order you want to cancel or refund.
2. Step- Click on “Refund order”.
3. Step- Choose the amount you want to refund and click on “Refund money”.
4. Step- Choose the amount you want to refund and click on “Refund money”.
Please note: Partial refund is also possible. But only less than the already paid amount. Furthermore a refund is only possible for one time.

Yes, after going through the whole process the money will be sent automatically.

Is the customer able to cancel an order on his own?
No canceling an order can only be done by you.

Can I uncancel an order after canceling it?
No, if the order is cancelled it needs to be rebooked anew.
