Every customer recieves an email after the booking. This email is an ideal communication option for every merchant. They could send additional information for the visit to the customer. As an example a PDF with all CoVid regulations or the house rules in this video you will find how to find this feature and exactly all the steps needed.

Is this feature permanent?
Yes, until you manually remove the pdfs. It won’t be automatically deleted!
How does this feature works after I upload the attachments?
After every booking all the attachments will be sent automatically to the customer in the email together with the ticket.
Can I exclude a specific person from getting these attachments with the ticket?
No once added the attachments will be send to every customer per email with the ticket. Sadly no exclusion possible.
