Ordered and payed, now where can I find my tickets?
Your order in our partners shop will be sent to you via E-Mail. There you can add the tickets to your ticketbro wallet (our mobile app) or you can load and save them as PDF.
Import your ticket to the ticketbro wallet improves the overall handling and you can find all your bookings from our partners in the same place. Especially if you have membership or multi-entry tickets.
Tipp!
When importing the ticket into ticketbro wallet, we use something called Deep Linking. Some smartphones will ask if you allow it, please do so and the ticket will become available there.
